This extremely healthy milkshake figures in my daily breakfast routine. I have one big glass of this everyday after my workout at the gym and it leaves me very refreshed. My sister introduced me to this and I liked it so much that I have been following it ever since I returned from my vacation at her place. Loaded with high anti-oxidant properties of blueberries, the high Omega-3 fatty acids (which increase the HDL or good cholesterol levels) content of walnuts and the wholesome nutrition provided by Almonds, this makes for a very enriching drink.

Ingredients -

Blueberries Frozen (or Fresh) 3/4 cup
Almonds Powder/Paste 2 tsps (or as per taste)
Walnuts (Powdered) 2 tsps (or as per taste)
Milk 1-1/2 Cups
Honey - 2 tsps (Optional)

Method Of Preparation -

Grind the almonds and walnuts into a powder. If you grind them for too long, it might turn into a paste. Either way is fine. I usually grind the almonds and walnuts and store them.

Take the frozen blueberries and the almond-walnut mixture in a blender and blend them well.

Take it in a glass and add honey or sweetener of your choice if needed.

Garnish with blueberries, coarsely chopped almonds and walnuts. Serve chilled.
