Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

I first realized that I might get addicted to these roasted pumpkin seeds when I had them at my daughter's school. Apparently the kids learn to assist in baking these as part of their preschool curriculum. From then on, whenever I get a pumpkin home, these seeds are what we all look forward to.  Very simple, healthy and yummy!!

Ingredients -

Pumpkin seeds 1 cup
Salt as needed
Oil 1 tsp

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Method Of Preparation -

The process is very simple. Wash the pumpkin seeds if you have freshly scooped them out of a pumpkin.

Make sure there is no pumpkin flesh attached to the seeds. Dry the seeds by wiping with a cloth or paper towel.

Take them in a bowl, rub in  a few drops of oil and salt.

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Spread the pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet.

Bake for about 10 min or until they turn brown and crispy.

Let them cool and snack on them!!
