I have a lot of friends who have trouble consuming tofu. Though I am not a strong proponent of consuming tofu very often, it is good to have once in a while. My family loves tofu in any form, but I always look at other innovative ways to serve them tofu to avoid boredom.
I bookmarked this recipe a few months back and tried it a few times now. Each time it has been appreciated just as well. So check it out for Day 3 Week 4 of BM #29.

Ingredients -
Tofu 1/2 block
Besan 1 Tbsp
Rice Flour 1 Tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Ginger, grated 1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped 1 Tbsp
Salt as needed
Asafetida 1/8 tea spoon
Milk 1/2 cup or as needed
Water as needed
Oil as needed to spray
Method Of Preparation -
Blend tofu, turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt, milk, besan, ginger, green chili and rice flour. Make into a smooth batter. Make sure that the batter is a little on the runnier side.
Add the chopped coriander leaves to the batter and set aside.
Heat a griddle/tawa and lightly grease it with oil.
Add a ladle of batter to the tawa and spread it into a thin circle. Cook it covered on a slow flame.
When the underside is cooked through, slowly flip the dosa carefully.
Cook the other side and continue with the rest of the batter.
Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
