Mixed Berry Smoothie

Mixed Berry Smoothie

As we are still looking forward to some sunny weather, I pulled this recipe from my drafts from last summer when we were reeling under some high temperatures.

I made this for my little one who is a major fan of smoothies and juices in all its variety! She is more fond of chewing on crushed ice be it summer or winter!!

So cool it with this super tasty, easy to make smoothie for Day 3 Week 3 of BM #27.

Ingredients -

Strawberries 5-6 (fresh or frozen)
Blueberries 1/2 cup (Fresh or frozen)
Raspberries 1/4 cup (fresh or frozen)
Milk 1/2 cup
Yogurt / Curds 1 cup
Sugar or honey as needed (depends on the sweetness of the berries)
Ice cubes, crushed as needed

Method Of Preparation -

Blend the berries with ice, milk and yogurt. Add more milk or water to adjust the consistency (If needed).

Mix in the sweetener of your choice.

Garnish with more chopped berries and sip it up!!
