hahah..I liked your intro about this grain..I have been using it too since being introduced and have tried to hide it along with the rest..I like these mushy dishes that surely tastes great.
I like quinoa. It's a great alternative to rice, and bisibelebath with quinoa should be as yum as with rice. All-time comfort food.
I am someone who has not been able to change my opinion about quinoa... I stick to my rice and wheat... hehe... however that bowl looks super delicious and filling...
My son and I enjoy quinoa at our home. :) Replacing the rice with quinoa definitely makes the yummy bisibele huli healthier.
Quinoa is a hit or miss. I love quinoa in variety rice recipes too. Easy to get acquired too. Love this perfect consistency of BBB
