My kids love hash browns and my older one was after me to make them at home for a long time. Finally this edition of BM #38 gave me the required push!
Check out the hash browns for day 2, week 3, which I made for my kids as an after school snack and they absolutely loved them.

Ingredients -
Potatoes peeled, grated 3 cups
Salt and Pepper as needed
Butter as needed
Method Of Preparation -
Squeeze out the water from the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat a griddle and drizzle some butter on it and pat the potato mixture to not more than 1/4 inch in height, on the sizzling butter.
Let it cook for 3 minutes or so on medium fire and flip onto the other side and cook until both the sides are golden brown.
Remove onto paper towels and continue to finish off the potato mixture.
Serve hot with sauce of your choice.
