I am part of a group of bloggers who have decided to honor the memory of the the celebrity chef Tarla Dalal by posting a recipe from her collection.
I have been a follower of Tarlaji for her healthy tips, tricks and recipes. One such is this milkshake. I typically resort to making this milkshake when I am fasting and this gives me the much needed energy to go through the day!
Ingredients -
Apple peeled, cored and chopped 1 medium size
Milk 1 cup
Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tsp
Sweetener of your choice (I used 1 pitted date)
Crushed ice if preferred
Method Of Preparation -
In a mixer/blender add all the ingredients and blend into a smooth shake.
Pour into a glass and garnish with crushed ice and Cinnamon Powder.
Preparation Time 5-7 min
Makes 1 cup
Cinnamon added to apple shakes makes grt flavor.. i love tis drink..
