For Day 2 Week 3 of BM #43, here is another interesting smoothie which we liked.
Ingredients -
Banana, sliced 1 medium
Blueberries 4-5
Peach, pitted, sliced 1
Apricot, pitted, sliced 1
Mango cubes 5-6 (Or mango pulp 1/4 cup)
Low Fat Yogurt/ Curds 3/4 cup
Water / ice as needed
Method Of Preparation -
Blend all the fruits adding as much water/ice as needed.
Strain if needed and serve. I garnished with some frozen raspberries.
