For Week 3 of BM #43, I have chosen to showcase some interesting smoothies. This time around, summer is just not willing to grace our neck of the woods. Looks like we are just springing forward to fall.
Nevertheless on a few moderate 'summery' days, we enjoyed this smoothie.
Ingredients -
Banana, sliced 1 medium
Strawberries, 3-4, hulled
Orange, peeled 1
Almonds 5-6
Low Fat Yogurt/ Curds 3/4 cup
Method Of Preparation -
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Strain if needed and serve with ice cubes.
Preparation Time 5 min
Serves 2
Lovely looking smoothie perfect with the natural backdrop. Very tempting indeed.
