Oof..I never imagined it would take so much time and effort to compile all the entries. I am not complaining or anything but it was a very humbling experience. I am bowled over by the enthusiasm of my fellow bloggers whose entries have swamped my inbox!! Did I say all this enthusiasm was infectious as I baked quite a few goodies (Ok, some were as part of the Blogging Marathon!!)?
I have received some new, mouth watering and innovative bakes which I am sure I would be replicating in the near future. In fact S has been eyeing a few bakes and is eagerly waiting for them to be baked at home. I knew all the help he extended had something to do with 'eyeing' the mouthwatering entries (just kidding!!) !!
I received about 101 entries (excluding my own entries) out of which there were only 24 goodies with eggs, 41 entries were savory bakes (my personal favorites!!) and the rest were eggless. My heart felt thanks to all my friends who have contributed to the success of this event.
I have categorized all the entries as Baked Goodies with Eggs, Savory Goodies and Eggless Cakes, Breads and Cookies. I categorized them for my own future reference and for no other reason. The entries have been alphabetically sorted by the names of bloggers in each category. Enjoy browsing these treats at leisure just as I have enjoyed receiving them and browsing through them.
I have included all the entries to the best of my knowledge. But if any entry is missing, please understand that it was an honest mistake. I would be glad to rectify any errors in the links. I have come to understand that some of you might have sent the entries to Pari instead of to me. Such entries have not been included as I have no details of those entries.
