We are so hooked on to baked sweet potatoes and so I thought we might like the stir fry too as that would be a tad faster to make. And we sure liked the fry too. I added a few mild spices and it was a fitting side dish for our dinner.

Sweet Potato Fry

Ingredients -

Sweet Potato peeled,diced 3 cups
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coconut Powder 2 Tbsp
Mirchi Powder 1/4 tsp or as per taste
Salt as per taste
Oil 1-2 tsp

Method Of Preparation -

In a frying pan under medium heat, add oil and the diced sweet potato.

Keep stirring the sweet potato and let the sweet potato pieces cook.

After about 12-15 min the sweet potato get a golden brown hue and thats the time to add in the salt and spices.
